Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory, logistics and transportation to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics and material management processes
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency
- Utilize software tools and systems (Power platform) to support data analysis and reporting
- Ensure logistics and material management related data quality and consistency to enable higher level of automated processes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics and material management performance; build dashboards and automate reporting for operational decision making
- Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools and techniques to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Monitor process deviations in ERP and automate monitoring as far as possible to support proactive daily operations
Knowledge and skills
-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with common ERP modules (e.g., LN, SAP) and WMS and TMS systems
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience & education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory, logistics or transportation industry analysis.
