Job Purpose
To collect, analyze, and report institutional data, supporting evidence-based decision-making, accreditation, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, validate, and analyze quantitative/qualitative data from various departments. Monitor and report on student attraction, retention, and graduation rates. Develop and maintain institutional fact books and performance dashboards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support accreditation and re-accreditation processes with data compilation and analysis. Create data visualizations and presentations for clear communication.
- Benchmarking & Research: Conduct benchmarking against peer institutions locally and internationally. Research best practices in institutional research and data management.
- Collaboration & System Improvement: Work with departments like Registrar, IT, and Academic Affairs to improve data systems. Ensure data integrity and compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Research Administration, Statistics, Education, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in institutional research, data analysis, or higher education.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, statistical software (SPSS, R, Excel), and data
