Role overview
Support modernization, development, and maintenance of digital manufacturing solutions such as TrakSYS MES.
The role is estimated to be 70% analyst and support work and 30% development and technical work.
Manage multiple initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners across General Mills business teams.
Key accountabilities
- Work as an experienced professional on manufacturing MES solutions, manufacturing processes, and application integrations.
- Own the design, build, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of MES solutions.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute the manufacturing digital technology roadmap.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and process improvements across MES and related manufacturing systems.
- Ensure stability, performance, availability, and user satisfaction of TrakSYS MES applications.
- Lead coordination and resolution of major incidents with effective communication and minimal business disruption.
- Drive incident management, service support, and enhancement delivery in alignment with service level expectations.
- Enable technology adoption through training, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
