The HR team operates from the AtkinsRéalis People Hub in Bangalore across recruitment, lifecycle, offboarding, service excellence, and contact management.
The HR Operations Analyst supports employees and managers across APAC with core HR administration, compliance, HR systems, and employee correspondence.
The role focuses on leaver and exit processes and supports continuous improvement and ad hoc HR initiatives.
Your role
- Maintain and update employee records in Workday and Oracle.
- Manage HR processes in accordance with regional labor regulations.
- Produce standard correspondence for employees, managers, stakeholders, payroll, and other involved parties.
- Deliver business-as-usual work proactively and contribute enhancement ideas and implementation.
- Support HR ad hoc projects and perform duties requested by the HR Team Leader.
- Collaborate with immigration, payroll, finance, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders.
About you
- Experience in an HR shared services function, with a minimum of 2–3 years of HR shared services experience.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Technical expertise in Workday, ServiceNow, Lifecycle, and exit processes.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative ability for managing a complex and varied workload.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work accurately, organize priorities, meet deadlines, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
