Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation
- Support data migration validation, system testing, and UAT activities
- Create and maintain reports within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
- Analyze project financial and operational data to support business needs
- Develop user documentation and support training efforts
- Identify and recommend process improvements and system efficiencies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of direct, hands on experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint in a support, analyst, or configuration role
- Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
- Proven experience working with project financial data (budgets, billing, revenue, cost, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create reports within Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
- Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and/or data migration activities
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute immediately
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint implementations or migrations (preferred)
- Familiarity with SSRS, SQL, or other reporting tools (preferred)

Compensation
- Base compensation range of CAD 70,000 CAD 85,000 annually
