What you'll do

  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding account maintenance, information updates, change of signatories, loan and deposit rate requests, KYC support, bank guarantee issuance support, loan drawdown processes, domestic and international remittance assistance.
  • Support customers in completing forms and collecting required documents for various banking transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through effective communication with clients and provide insights to Relationship Managers.
  • Provide administrative support including ordering stationeries and amenities, assisting with business trip arrangements, coordinating business entertainment activities, visitor access arrangements, and processing expense claims.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in all communications with clients.

What you bring

  • An undergraduate qualification in accounting, banking, finance or a related field.
  • Business communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate banking transactions or similar roles within financial institutions.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional business manners.
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting administrative functions such as travel arrangements or expense claims.
