Position Purpose
The AML IT function provides end-to-end technology platforms for detecting, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity across global operations.
The engineer will turn machine learning research into production-grade solutions for fraud, money laundering, and other financial-crime typologies.
The role connects graph analytics, LLM reasoning, ML outputs, backend services, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Direct Responsibilities
- Build knowledge graphs, ETL pipelines, entity-resolution logic, and network-level features for graph neural network risk scoring.
- Convert regulatory and investigative text into embeddings, manage vector databases, and orchestrate LLM-based reasoning and narrative generation.
- Own alert, case, API, tuning, deduplication, signal, rule-engine, feature-factory, and model-registry services.
- Apply CI/CD, testing, MLflow, monitoring, governance, audit logging, calibration, and explainability practices.
- Manage Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, GPU scheduling, Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, dbt, infrastructure as code, containers, and observability.
- Collaborate with distributed data science, compliance, investigation, and platform teams.
