Responsibilities
- Manage floor operations and ensure high standards of presentation and service
- Coordinate meeting bookings and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Produce daily reports on facilities management findings and concerns
- Provide concierge level service to guests and stakeholders
- Liaise with senior management, VIP guests, and meeting custodians professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, corporate hospitality, or similar floor/building management role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting bookings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with concierge level or client facing service delivery experience
- Ability to produce clear daily reports on FM findings/concerns
- Proficiency in room booking systems, FM platforms, and Microsoft Office 365
- High attention to detail and strong awareness of presentation standards
- Professional presentation and grooming consistent with 5 star hotel or luxury corporate environment
- Well spoken with excellent verbal communication in English
- Ability to adapt communication style for senior executives and VIP guests
