- Manage facilities and corporate hospitality on the floor
- Manage multiple priorities and meeting bookings simultaneously
- Produce clear, accurate, and timely daily reports on FM findings/concerns
- Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards
- Communicate with guests, custodians, and stakeholders in a professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, corporate hospitality, or similar floor/building management role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting bookings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with concierge level or client facing service delivery experience
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and timely daily reports
- Proficiency in room booking systems, FM platforms, and Microsoft Office 365
- High attention to detail with strong awareness of presentation standards
- Professional presentation and grooming consistent with 5 star hotel or luxury corporate environment
- Well spoken with excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style for senior executives and VIP guests

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, corporate hospitality, or a similar floor/building management role

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Customer focused mindset with experience in concierge level or client facing service delivery

- Proficiency in room booking systems, FM platforms, and Microsoft Office 365
