What you'll achieve

- Safety and compliance training meeting global industry standards
- A 12 to 24 month international assignment as an Airport Operations Supervisor in a training capacity
- A clear career path to becoming an Airport Duty Supervisor in one of our stations in the global network abroad
Accountabilities
- Oversee guest handling across airport touch points, ensuring top tier service and compliance with safety, security, and brand standards.
- Meet KPIs, ancillary revenue, and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations, briefings, and updates.
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements (VIP, PRM and special categories).
- Liaise with control teams to handle disruptions, emergencies, and service recovery.
- Identify and report safety and security risks, escalating significant issues as needed.
