About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver guest acceptance and handling across all airport touchpoints (check in, boarding, arrivals)
- Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs, ancillary revenue goals, and customer service targets
- Coordinate on shift operations with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements, including VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests
- Liaise with Guest Control, Business Solutions, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption and support emergency response

What you'll achieve
- Build a solid understanding of airport operations through three key work placements: In Network Operations Control at Etihad HQ, the Hub Control Center and in Aircraft Dispatch at Abu Dhabi Airport.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate and deliver guest acceptance and handling across all airport touchpoints (check in, boarding, arrivals), ensuring exceptional customer service and full compliance with safety, security, brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver performance in line with agreed KPIs, ancillary revenue goals, and customer service targets.
- Coordinate on shift operations with internal and external stakeholders, including airline teams, handling partners, service providers, and local authorities, ensuring clear briefings, real time updates, and effective communication.
- Manage flight editing and special guest requirements, including the planning and handling of VIP/MAAS, PRM, and other special category guests.
- Liaise with Guest Control, Business Solutions, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption and support emergency response.
