About the Role
Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Airfield Systems Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of airfield/airside systems as part of a major airport Master Systems Integration programme.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of the Airfield/Airside systems scope within a major airport systems integration programme
- Manage design reviews, technical compliance assessments, interface coordination activities, and systems integration planning across all assigned airfield systems packages
- Oversee the implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover of airfield operational systems
- Coordinate Interface Control Document (ICD) development and interface management activities between airfield systems, terminal systems, operational technologies, ICT infrastructure, and third party platforms
- Manage coordination with ANSP stakeholders, ATC operations teams, aviation authorities, EPC contractors, technology vendors, and specialist consultants
- Lead integration coordination with key technology providers and operational stakeholders
- Monitor systems integration dependencies, interface risks, operational constraints, and programme sequencing activities
- Support the development and execution of integrated testing and commissioning strategies including FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing, operational trials, and phased activation activities
- Ensure all airfield systems comply with applicable aviation regulations, airport operational standards, cybersecurity requirements, and programme governance procedures
- Facilitate resolution of technical, operational, interface, and vendor coordination issues impacting systems delivery or operational readiness
- Support risk management activities by identifying integration risks, operational impacts, and mitigation measures
- Provide leadership and direction to systems integration teams, testing & commissioning personnel, specialist consultants, and vendor coordination resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 18 years of professional experience in airport systems delivery, aviation infrastructure, operational technologies, or complex systems integration programmes
- Minimum 8 years of experience in major international airport programmes involving airfield systems, operational technologies, or airport systems integration
- Experience coordinating with ANSP stakeholders, ATC operations teams, airport operators, and aviation regulatory authorities
- Experience managing specialist airport systems vendors and multidisciplinary contractor interfaces

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Airfield Systems Project Manager to join our team.
- The Airfield Systems Project Manager will lead the end to end delivery of the Airfield/Airside systems scope as part of a major airport Master Systems Integration (MSI) programme.
- The position requires strong technical leadership, systems integration expertise, and operational coordination experience across critical airport technologies and airside operational platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leads the overall delivery of the Airfield/Airside systems scope within a major airport systems integration programme.
- Manages design reviews, technical compliance assessments, interface coordination activities, and systems integration planning across all assigned airfield systems packages.
- Oversees the implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover of airfield operational systems including A SMGCS, ALCMS, ATMS, AOS, AWOS/MET, ATIS, ILS, VDGS, PBB, FHS, RTMIS, SNIB, RVT, AICS, TVAO, and Flightradar24 data integration feeds.
- Coordinates Interface Control Document (ICD) development and interface management activities between airfield systems, terminal systems, operational technologies, ICT infrastructure, and third party platforms.
- Manages coordination with ANSP stakeholders, ATC operations teams, aviation authorities, EPC contractors, technology vendors, and specialist consultants to ensure alignment of programme delivery activities.
- Leads integration coordination with key technology providers and operational stakeholders including NERA, ADB Safegate, Leonardo, and associated specialist systems vendors.
- Monitors systems integration dependencies, interface risks, operational constraints, and programme sequencing activities associated with airfield operations.
- Supports the development and execution of integrated testing and commissioning strategies including FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing, operational trials, and phased activation activities.
- Ensures all airfield systems comply with applicable aviation regulations, airport operational standards, cybersecurity requirements, and programme governance procedures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aviation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 18 years of professional experience in airport systems delivery, aviation infrastructure, operational technologies, or complex systems integration programmes.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in major international airport programmes involving airfield systems, operational technologies, or airport systems integration.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex airside systems within operational airport environments.
- Experience coordinating with ANSP stakeholders, ATC operations teams, airport operators, and aviation regulatory authorities is required.
- Experience managing specialist airport systems vendors and multidisciplinary contractor interfaces is essential.
- GCC airport programme experience is highly desirable.
- Must possess strong client facing communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
