Responsibilities
- Handle customs clearance for both Air Freight and Sea Freight shipments
- Prepare, review, and process all import, export, and transit documentation
- Coordinate with Dubai Customs, airlines, shipping lines, and government authorities
- Ensure timely customs clearance while maintaining full compliance with UAE regulations
- Manage shipment inspections, customs examinations, and document submissions
- Track shipment status and resolve customs related issues promptly
- Coordinate with customers and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment processing
- Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and supporting documents
Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years of UAE experience in Air & Sea Customs Clearance
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs regulations and import/export procedures
- Hands on experience with Mirsal 2, BOE Processing, Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE, FIRS
- Experience handling food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and general cargo clearances preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Air & Sea Customs Clearance Officer to join our growing operations team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UAE customs clearance procedures and government portals.
Key Responsibilities
