- Handle customs clearance for Air Freight import and export shipments
- Prepare, review, and process all customs documentation accurately
- Coordinate with Dubai Customs, airlines, handling agents, and government authorities
- Ensure timely customs clearance while complying with UAE customs regulations
- Manage shipment inspections, customs examinations, and document submissions
- Track shipment status and resolve customs related issues promptly
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing
- Maintain accurate records of customs transactions and supporting documents
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in Air Customs Clearance
- Good knowledge of UAE customs regulations and air import/export procedures
- Hands on experience with Mirsal 2, BOE Processing, Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE, FIRS
- Experience in clearing food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and general cargo preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Air Customs Clearance Officer to join our growing operations team.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of UAE experience in air customs clearance and be familiar with UAE customs procedures and government portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customs clearance for Air Freight import and export shipments.
- Prepare, review, and process all customs documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with Dubai Customs, airlines, handling agents, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely customs clearance while complying with UAE customs regulations.
- Manage shipment inspections, customs examinations, and document submissions.
- Track shipment status and resolve customs related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.

Requirements

- Experience with other UAE government portals is an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
