A prominent freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider is seeking an Air Freight Pricing Executive in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with agents to secure competitive rates, preparing quotations, and supporting sales and operations.

- Collaborate with agents to secure competitive rates and services.
- Prepare and share rate lists for key destinations with the sales team.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure seamless transportation, transshipments, multi point loading, and final deliveries.
- Support the sales team by providing the best rates and terms to secure inquiries.
- Maintain active communication with agents through email or Skype to strengthen business relationships.
- Prepare quotations and generate business analysis for agents as needed.
- Provide customer support and follow up to ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports required by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping in the UAE (Air Freight experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient with computers and skilled in building and maintaining agent networks
