- Manage daily air cargo operations, including shipment coordination, cargo handling, and logistics planning
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulatory requirements related to air cargo transportation
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs officials, and ground handling agents
- Oversee loading and unloading processes to ensure cargo safety and timely delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor cargo inventory and manage documentation, including airway bills, customs declarations, and related paperwork
- Supervise and train staff involved in cargo operations to maintain performance standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in air cargo operations and management
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, cargo security, and customs procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex logistics processes
- Proficiency in cargo management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
- Candidate must be in UAE at present

Overview
- Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated Air Cargo Services Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of air cargo operations of a leading international airline.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing air cargo services, ensuring efficient handling, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- You will act as a key liaison between clients, airline partners, and ground handling teams to facilitate smooth cargo movement. This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
