Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide AI, digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving strategic programmes from concept through implementation, ensuring successful delivery, governance compliance, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating business objectives into scalable AI and technology solutions that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, automation, and enterprise technology programmes
- Drive the implementation and adoption of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent technologies
- Oversee AI architecture, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, enterprise knowledge bases, prompt engineering, governance controls, and business adoption.
- Manage integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRMS, operational platforms, and business applications.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, audit, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, external technology partners, and vendor engagements
- Develop programme governance, risk management, reporting, and benefits realization frameworks.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities that support strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree and PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8+ years of technology delivery, digital transformation, or programme management experience.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and managing AI solutions using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise AI technologies
- Strong experience in enterprise systems integration, APIs, cloud platforms, identity management, and data-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of AI governance, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, knowledge management systems, and LLM implementation frameworks.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional delivery teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in large-scale service organizations, facilities management, construction, infrastructure, engineering, technology services, or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
