AI Technical Specialist

You'll ideally have:

A Bachelor's degree equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, Medical Device Software, or a related discipline.

4+ years of post-graduate experience in AI/ML model development, ideally within a regulated industry or research environment.

Knowledge of AI regulations, standards, and relevant guidance.

Experience in at least two AI/ML areas, such as deep learning, neural networks, supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, regression, fuzzy logic, probabilistic methods, optimization, LLMs, or biometrics.

Knowledge of software development lifecycles and risk management.

Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global, multidisciplinary team.

The salary for this position can range from $119,400 to $140,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
