- Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI powered applications and intelligent automation solutions
- Build, train, test, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for enterprise applications
- Develop and enhance Conversational AI solutions using NLP, NLU, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
- Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI knowledge management capabilities
- Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production validation of AI solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize AI applications to ensure high availability and performance
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, governance, compliance, and data privacy standards
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands on experience in AI development and implementation
- Strong experience in developing and deploying enterprise AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development frameworks
- Hands on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, and Generative AI
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
- Experience integrating AI applications using REST APIs and cloud based AI services
- Familiarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI
- Experience with Conversational AI and chatbot development is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Role Overview

- The ideal candidate will have practical experience delivering enterprise AI solutions, with exposure to Government, Finance, or Tax domains.
