About the Role
The AI Solutions Developer will help build TSIQ, an AI-powered analytics and intelligence platform for trading, risk, and prime brokerage products.
The role combines data engineering, semantic modeling, applied AI, and business analysis within TS Imagine’s Data & Analytics Office.
The team processes large-scale datasets and manages a data lake built on Snowflake.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build the data models and pipelines that power TSIQ.
- Develop semantic models so AI agents can reason over trading, risk, and prime brokerage data consistently.
- Build, test, and iterate on AI agents using prompt engineering and context engineering.
- Implement guardrails, evaluation, and governance controls for accurate, safe, and auditable AI agents.
- Deliver analytics and rapid prototypes in Streamlit.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into technical designs, and validate delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with a global team of developers in a fast-paced setting.
