The Opportunity
Own the architecture, infrastructure, and day-to-day operation of TS Imagine’s agentic marketing system.
The system will score leads, automate campaigns, monitor competitors, and surface sales intelligence in real time.
This is a founding senior individual contributor role at the intersection of AI systems, revenue operations, and capital markets expertise.
What You Will Build and Operate
- Build lead intelligence using CRM and intent data to prioritize accounts and continuously deliver pipeline signals to Sales.
- Develop behavior-triggered nurture and self-adjusting campaign automation that operates without manual intervention.
- Surface contextual content in sales workflows and maintain the content library automatically.
- Monitor competitor signals and refresh battle cards for integration into the sales process.
- Own system architecture, LLM agents, data pipelines, production operations, performance metrics, and cross-functional integration.
Required Skills and Experience
- 6–8 years of experience across marketing technology, revenue operations, growth engineering, or a related discipline.
- Production-grade agentic marketing system experience at a financial technology firm or highly regulated company is required.
