Opportunity
Own an agentic marketing system that scores leads, automates campaigns, tracks competitors, and surfaces sales intelligence in real time.
This is a founding, senior individual contributor role at the intersection of AI systems, revenue operations, and capital markets expertise.
What You Will Build and Operate
- Build lead intelligence with real-time account prioritization using CRM and intent data.
- Develop behavior-triggered nurture and self-adjusting campaign automation.
- Surface contextual content in sales workflows and maintain the content library automatically.
- Monitor competitor signals and refresh battle cards within the sales process.
Core Responsibilities
- Own system architecture, infrastructure, data model, agent design, and tooling choices.
- Build and deploy LLM-based agents for lead scoring, content recommendation, and competitive monitoring.
- Connect CRM, intent data, web analytics, and advertising platforms in a continuously updating data pipeline.
- Operate production systems, monitor performance, debug failures, retrain models, and iterate on agent logic.
- Track performance metrics and report outcomes to CMO and Revenue leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate pipeline intelligence into campaigns, events, and content workflows.
