AI Solution Engineer Manager

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
• Collaborate closely with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and architect AI-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP, machine learning models, and related applications
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process
• Manage technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI development or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Strong expertise in AI technologies, including NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and language processing tools
• Experience with AI deployment and integration in production environments
• Proven track record managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
