Role Overview: At Indegene, Generative AI is being integrated into global pharma operations at scale to deliver measurable business outcomes. The AI Project Orchestrator role is designed for professionals who excel at the intersection of strategy, solutioning, and execution. This position requires the ability to bring structure to ambiguous business challenges, translate complex pharma needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions, and drive successful adoption of Generative AI initiatives across global pharmaceutical organizations.

The role demands a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within commercial operations and marketing functions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, manage, and scale high-impact GenAI transformation programs while contributing to innovation and go-to-market strategies.

Technical Skills: Generative AI (GenAI).

Functional Skills: Strategic Consulting, Program Management, Solution Development, Stakeholder Management, Business Solutioning, Innovation Strategy, Go-to-Market Planning. Tools and Technologies: Generative AI (GenAI).

Preferred Qualifications: Experience driving AI adoption and transformation programs within global pharmaceutical organizations.
