Key Responsibilities
- Strategy • Support the AI transformation agenda by identifying processes that can be materially improved or reimagined using AI, GenAI, agentic AI, workflow automation and data-enabled solutions. • Apply a 2030-forward mindset to challenge current ways of working and design future-state operating models that are simpler, faster, more intelligent and better controlled. • Assess emerging AI capabilities, Microsoft AI tools, open-source models and reusable enterprise patterns to recommend practical solutions for business problems. • Contribute to reusable AI design patterns, prototype assets, discovery methods, value frameworks and process redesign playbooks. Business • Conduct structured process discovery with process owners, product owners, SMEs, operations teams and technology partners to understand the current-state journey. • Map end-to-end processes including upstream inputs, workflow steps, systems, decisions, controls, handoffs, rework, exceptions, downstream outputs and user experience. • Identify process friction, manual effort, delays, duplication, control gaps, data issues, knowledge gaps and decision bottlenecks that can be addressed using AI. • Assess business value across productivity, capacity release, cycle-time reduction, cost avoidance, quality improvement, risk reduction, improved control effectiveness and better decision support. • Create value hypotheses and business cases supported by quantified benefit assumptions, baseline metrics and prioritization rationale.

Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in process transformation, consulting, AI delivery, digital transformation, business architecture, product engineering or operational excellence. • Experience conducting process discovery, baseline measurement, value assessment and business case development. • Experience building prototypes or MVPs using Microsoft AI platforms, enterprise automation tools or approved open-source technologies. • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, automation, data products and responsible AI considerations. • Experience working across business, technology, data, governance, risk and operations teams in a regulated environment is desirable.
