Role Overview

One of our clients, a global leader in the Artificial Intelligence industry, is seeking a skilled AI Evaluation Specialist to help train next-generation AI systems.

As a contractor, you will apply your expertise to review and critically assess AI-generated outputs, providing high-quality, real-world input to shape how models learn, reason, and perform.

Your work will have a direct impact on the development of frontier AI models, and no prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and critically assess AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usability, and overall user experience
  • Identify inconsistencies, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities across diverse content types and visual experiences
  • Apply structured evaluation guidelines and provide insightful, nuanced feedback to inform model improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine quality standards, scoring criteria, and review processes
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all evaluations and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Critical thinking and editorial judgment
  • Content evaluation and written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and weaknesses
  • Ability to apply structured evaluation guidelines and provide insightful feedback
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
