About the Role

Cyncly is hiring an AI/ML Engineer for its AI Center of Innovation.

The role designs and implements AI and computer vision solutions and integrates AI model-based solutions with client applications.

The position is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid work arrangement.

The contract is permanent and full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Design data solutions and build REST APIs that meet business, technical, user, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Design vector database schemas and write efficient, scalable queries.
  • Maintain high code quality and create proofs of concept for business needs.
  • Build Azure DevOps build and deployment pipelines and support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Identify cybersecurity threats and mitigate security risks.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, addressing root causes with tactical and permanent solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on enterprise system design and software solutions.
  • Support scalable, secure cloud deployment and improve DevOps maturity.
  • Maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated test environments.
  • Deliver work on time and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to interns, freshers, and other AI/ML engineers.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, AI, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in the AI/ML field.
  • Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Exposure to Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pillow, or scikit-image.
  • Familiarity with deep learning, generative AI, and computer vision concepts.
  • A good academic record and strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and technical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multifunctional teams are required.

Working Arrangement

  • The role is hybrid and based in Bangalore, India.
  • The position involves collaboration with teams across the organization and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.
