About the role

The AI/ML Engineer will design and implement AI and computer vision solutions.

The role includes deploying model-based APIs, researching AI solutions, and supporting internal and customer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design data solutions and build REST APIs that meet business, technical, and user requirements.
  • Design vector database schemas and write efficient, scalable queries.
  • Maintain code quality, coding standards, and technical documentation.
  • Create proof-of-concept implementations for business needs.
  • Build Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
  • Address cybersecurity risks and deploy applications in secure, scalable cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on enterprise system design.
  • Maintain unit, integration, and automated test environments.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to interns, freshers, and other AI/ML engineers.

Required experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, MCA, AI, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in AI/ML.
  • Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
  • Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pillow, or scikit-image.
  • Familiarity with deep learning, generative AI, and computer vision.
  • Good academic record.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, technical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multifunctional teams.
