About the Role
Norbloc is seeking an AI Lead to drive AI adoption across engineering, product, and commercial functions. The role involves selecting AI tools, leading training, integrating AI into products, and acting as an AI evangelist.

- Constantly scan the market for the latest AI advancements and evaluate, pilot, and recommend effective tools
- Lead AI onboarding and training programs for technical and business teams
- Work with Engineering and Product to integrate AI into the development lifecycle and platforms
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enhance commercial processes with AI driven insights
- Inspire and empower teams through demos, workshops, and success stories; create an internal AI Playbook
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technology driven environment (engineering, data science, product, or innovation)
- Hands on experience implementing or managing AI tools and workflows in a SaaS or software company
- Deep understanding of LLM based tools, AI assisted coding, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable with APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Make), and basic data integration concepts
- Excellent written and spoken English

Your Mission
- Make norbloc’s teams faster, smarter, and more innovative through AI.
- Identify and implement the best AI tools across engineering, product, and commercial functions.
- Help shape how AI becomes part of our products, processes, and company culture.
- Assess with our clients and norbloc teams the long term impact of AI on our platforms.
What You'll Do
- Discover and Select the Best AI Tools: Constantly scan the market for latest AI advancements; evaluate, pilot, and recommend tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cody, Perplexity, Jasper).
- Maintain an evolving AI Toolkit and measure ROI of each adoption.
- Drive AI Adoption Across Teams: Lead AI onboarding and training programs; work with Head of Engineering and Lead Architect to integrate AI into development lifecycle.
- Track usage and impact metrics to ensure measurable productivity gains.
- Build AI into Our Products: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed AI into platforms (e.g., automated document extraction, intelligent workflows, anomaly detection).
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to enhance commercial processes with AI driven insights.
- Engage clients to assess prime areas for AI application.
- Be the AI Evangelist: Inspire teams through demos, workshops, and success stories; create internal AI Playbook; lead AI Innovation Days.
- Represent norbloc at AI and RegTech events.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in technology driven environment (engineering, data science, product, or innovation).
- Hands on experience implementing or managing AI tools and workflows in SaaS or software company.
- Deep curiosity and understanding of LLM based tools, AI assisted coding, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Comfortable with APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Make), and basic data integration concepts.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
