Role Overview

  • Seeking a Customer Success Manager with great communication and interpersonal skills to be part of the commercial team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining continuously stronger connections with customers, driving advocacy.
  • Full time role based in Dubai, UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive advocacy by turning satisfied clients into references for new prospects.
  • Collect client feedback and customer success stories to create testimonials and case studies.
  • Foster direct communication with clients, handle incoming requests and develop trusting relationships, meeting sales targets.
  • Develop an understanding of norbloc products to provide prospects with accurate information on solutions.
  • Support the Sales Team internally to create a functional and fun team environment.
