AI Knowledge Delivery Manager

Every eGain implementation is a promise to a client that our AI knowledge platform will change how their business runs. Someone has to make that promise real — on time, on budget, and without losing sight of what the client actually needs. That’s you. As Project Manager, you’re the person who takes ambitious AI knowledge projects from kickoff to go-live, running a portfolio of concurrent Fortune-caliber implementations and keeping every client, every stakeholder, and every deadline moving in the same direction.

This is an in-office role built for someone who’s equal parts project leader and technical consultant. You’ll sit inside our Professional Services team, running point on client implementations while also rolling up your sleeves on system configuration and knowledge management strategy. You won’t just manage a schedule — you’ll dig into how clients actually use their systems, translate that into a working plan, and lead the people and process that get it there. If you want ownership over outcomes that matter to Fortune-caliber clients, this is where you get it.

Own end-to-end delivery across a program of concurrent AI knowledge implementations — managing budgets, project financials (margin, utilization), scope, timelines, and risk from kickoff to go-live, without letting quality slip.

Find the repeatable pieces of your own delivery process and automate them with AI — turning what you learn on one implementation into reusable workflows, artifacts, and runbooks that make the next project faster and easier to hand off.

Get hands-on with technical configuration of eGain solutions, including AI-assisted content and knowledge workflows, to bring client use cases to life.

Pull together the right mix of internal specialists — technical consultants, solution architects, and others — for each engagement, and keep them aligned as priorities shift.
