Key skills for this role
As an AI-First Account Executive, you'll turn client priorities, account strategy and agreed direction into clear action.
Working closely with an Account Manager and a cross-department team, you'll keep delegated work moving, maintain reliable account context, coordinate follow-through and help clients experience Storm as organised and responsive.
This is an entry-level account-management role with real client contact and a high bar for operational ownership.
You'll support accounts that can be fast-moving and operationally complex, keeping the detail straight: who the stakeholders are, what was decided, what remains open, who owns the next step and what is at risk of slipping.
You won't own the commercial relationship or set client strategy on day one — that sits with the Account Manager.
You will, however, be close to clients, participate in meetings and follow-up, and be trusted to write material that clients read.
As your judgment and account knowledge grow, so will the scope of your ownership.
The person we're looking for proactively spots where processes create friction, works across departments to improve them and drives those changes through to adoption.
They also own the detail: tracking decisions, closing post-call loops, keeping Airtable accurate and useful, and surfacing blockers early.
Storm is an AI-native agency.
AI tools and agentic workflows are central to how our teams work, and we hire people who want to work that way from day one.
We're not talking about using AI as a search box or autocomplete.
The person we're looking for treats AI as a capable pair of hands.
They delegate whole pieces of work, not just questions; review what comes back with a sharp, critical eye; and keep refining how they brief and direct it so the quality compounds.
If you read that and thought, “that's just how I work now,” this role is built for you.
You'll learn the ground first: how the account operates, how priorities shape process, and how clear communication and reliable follow-through keep clients and teams aligned.
Then you'll work from Storm's stack of AI, account-delivery and creative tools, and play a real part in improving how this role gets done.

Support account delivery with AI tools and agentic workflows as your default. Own delegated tasks, priorities and coordination needs so work moves without repeated chasing.
Turn client requests, Account Manager direction and service priorities into clear tasks, owners, handovers, open questions and next steps for the people who need to act.
Maintain reliable account context, including stakeholders, priorities, history, decisions, approvals, blockers, deadlines and follow-ups, so knowledge lives in shared systems rather than scattered notes or one person's head.
Keep the account's operating rhythm running through strong meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, reports, calendar planning and handovers.
Draft clear, client-ready summaries and updates that make complex work understandable without losing important detail or overpromising.
Communicate clearly and promptly with Account Managers, service leads, collaborators and clients. Make status, risks, decisions, changes and next steps easy to understand.
Build a strong understanding of the account's goals, stakeholders, services, contract context, strategy, creative aims, preferences and quality bar, including the judgment to recognise when AI output fits and when it does not.
Make sensible decisions, prioritise varied work and diagnose problems before escalating with clear context, evidence, options and the specific help needed.
Protect the client experience by noticing early when timing, communication, missing information, weak process or incomplete follow-through could cause friction, then address or raise it.
Coordinate stakeholders constructively. Follow up professionally for decisions, feedback, assets, approvals and commitments, and make sure post-call actions are owned and completed.
Maintain and improve Airtable and related work systems: keep data and statuses truthful, improve views, interfaces and workflows, support structural changes, and make the system clearer as the account evolves.
Use approved AI tools and agents to complete whole pieces of account work, including research, meeting preparation, briefs, updates, summaries, QA checks, dependency coordination and reusable account memory. Brief them with clear context, critically review what comes back and own the final output.
Keep improving how the work gets done. Turn effective methods into reusable skills and workflows that agents and teammates can pick up and run, and teach what works so the whole team benefits.
Remote-first team with international colleagues and globally recognised entertainment clients.
Modern hardware, collaboration tools, AI-enabled workflows, and room to improve how work happens.
Fast-moving culture where thoughtful ideas from people close to the work are valued.
Specialist entertainment agency serving media companies with digital strategy, products, content, and social promotion.
