- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB
- Deploy and manage AI agents (Openclaw, Hermes, Cowork) across operational use cases
- Build production ready applications using modern AI assisted development workflows
- Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance
- Build, maintain, and scale workflow automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier
- Integrate third party APIs and connect systems across business functions
- Develop reliable data flows between databases, AI agents, CRMs, ERPs, and external platforms
- Create clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and system dependencies
- Customize and extend CRM and ERP platforms to support operational requirements
- Translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliver improvements
- Take ownership of systems from architecture through deployment and ongoing support
Requirements
- Several years of hands on experience building and supporting production systems
- Proven experience creating workflow automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Strong proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex
- Solid database architecture experience using Supabase and MongoDB
- Practical experience deploying AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes, or Cowork
- Strong API development and third party integration capabilities
- A portfolio of shipped systems that can be explained and demonstrated

Role Overview

- This role is suited to an experienced, hands on developer who thinks in databases, APIs, workflows, and scalable system architecture.
