- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after vehicle purchase
- Monitor after sales accounts, customer cases, and ownership related follow ups
- Support upselling opportunities for automotive services and products
- Coordinate with internal departments including Service, Finance, and After Sales teams
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, automotive operations, or sales
- Experience within the automotive industry is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage customer expectations in a professional and solution oriented manner
- Good organizational skills with operational awareness and attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required

Job Summary
- We are looking for a customer focused After Sales Account Manager to support and strengthen long term customer relationships throughout the vehicle ownership journey.

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: AED 5,000 during probation, AED 6,000 after successful probation
- Target based incentive structure with commission potential
- Expected On Target Earnings of approximately AED 15,000/month
- UAE Employment Visa sponsorship
- Medical insurance
- 30 days of paid annual leave
Work Arrangement
- Full time, on site position
- 6 working days per week
