AI Engineer Senior Manager, Agent Workforce

Performing and managing rigorous, logical, and accurate analysis of complex AI model and agent-architecture challenges — identifying and framing problems in ambiguous model behavior, addressing root causes such as data or prompt quality, and drawing out innovative insights rather than surface-level fixes.

Writing clear and concise communications and leading conversations and meetings effectively — modulating your style to audience and context, actively listening, and driving to conclusions based on data and expertise to influence engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Structuring, planning, and prioritizing complex technical work; anticipating and managing changing priorities while managing and delivering high-quality output that is mindful of impact on the broader business.

Partnering effectively with diverse teams and networks — Product Management, Platform Engineering, Security, and DevSecOps — while coaching engineers, creating opportunities for their development, and striking the right balance between empowerment and managerial direction.
