The client is seeking an Agentic AI Expert for a contract engagement.
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems for independent decision-making and task execution.

Compensation
- The stated payout is $50-$100 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities for real-world applications.
- Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures to enable agent autonomy.
- Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience building agentic AI systems with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-use mechanisms, and multi-agent coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying agentic systems.
