- Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities.
- Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures for agent autonomy.
- Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience building agentic AI systems with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-use mechanisms, and multi-agent coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar cloud platforms for deployment.
