Role Overview

AI capabilities support autonomous workflows, decision support, and customer-facing experiences in financial services.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of AI and machine learning models for business needs and scalability.
- Develop, deploy, and refine AI-driven solutions using generative AI and NLP models.
- Design and maintain AI data processing frameworks for model deployment.
- Oversee model governance and compliance with security and enterprise AI policies.
- Research AI techniques to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability.
Implementation and Collaboration
- Guide AI implementation strategies with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Drive best practices for AI model deployment, automation, and MLOps.
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives across product and business teams.
- Design and build end-to-end production AI systems integrating machine learning models, LLMs, and supporting services.
