Role overview
Improve system resilience, scalability, and performance as a Site Reliability Engineer II.
Collaborate with engineering teams through feature development, automation, architecture, testing, and disaster recovery planning.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement.
Core responsibilities
- Develop features and automation that improve system reliability.
- Contribute to architectural design and system performance improvements.
- Conduct resiliency testing and support disaster recovery planning.
- Promote engineering and SRE best practices.
Education and experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or comparable experience is required.
- Experience in software development or technology operations focused on SRE is required.
- Experience with Linux or Unix, object-oriented programming, scripting, and cloud platforms is required.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
