Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand analytical and automation requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions
- Design, build, and maintain end to end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using modern frameworks and cloud native services
- Build scalable APIs and microservices to operationalize AI models in production environments
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM based solutions, including fine tuning where applicable
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Provide production support, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed AI systems
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and capability building within the AI/ML team
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned work while maintaining high quality engineering standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with recent focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands on experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Experience with RAG architectures and LLM fine tuning techniques
- Experience building APIs and services using FastAPI, RESTful design, and microservices architecture
- Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS and Azure
- Hands on exposure to MLOps tools and platforms such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, and MLflow
- Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, or equivalent
- Understanding of graph based reasoning and knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4j)
- Exposure to financial services / Global Markets domain; knowledge of Murex is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Job Overview
