Job Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Consultant – Enablement Cost Analysis & MI Reporting to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
  • Experience: 7+ Years
  • NOTE: Banking domain experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze cost reports, including G&A expense movements and variance analysis.
  • Generate timely Management Information (MI) reports and customized cost packs.
  • Deliver monthly enablement cost reports, including Group Cost, Head Office & Enablement Flash Reports, one time expenditure and cost initiatives, cost savings across Lines of Business (LOBs), periodic variance cost analysis, and other management reporting packs.
  • Gather and consolidate data from multiple departments and systems to provide meaningful business insights.
  • Support process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and reporting automation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Provide backup support for other team members when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
  • Preferred: CA, MBA, or other relevant Finance qualification
  • Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in cost analysis, MI reporting, budgeting, or financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

Qualification & Experience

  • Must have Bachelor's degree.
  • Desirable: Chartered Accountant/ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or any other relevant finance degree or diploma.
  • Excellent Data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 5 years relevant experience in similar function
