Role overview
STATERA Middle East is seeking an experienced AI Engineer for a strategic one-year project in Qatar.
The role focuses on developing, evaluating, integrating, and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions in real-world environments.
- Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable AI solutions.
- Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows.
- Evaluate LLM and AI model performance, quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Define and execute AI model evaluation and validation approaches.
- Support integration and deployment of AI solutions into production environments.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
Required experience and skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or machine learning.
- Strong practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Proven experience in prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AI and LLM evaluation and testing methodologies.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI solutions.
- Ability to translate business use cases into working AI applications.
