Job Purpose
Lead the development, implementation, and scaling of artificial intelligence solutions across the Group.
Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into measurable AI outcomes.
Establish and lead the AI Center of Excellence and execute the Group's AI strategy and governance framework.
AI Strategy and Delivery
- Maintain a prioritized portfolio of AI initiatives with objectives, owners, technical requirements, timelines, outcomes, and success measures.
- Lead AI initiatives through feasibility assessment, prototype, validation, integration, production deployment, adoption, monitoring, and scale.
- Work with software developers, data engineers, clinical informaticists, clinicians, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
AI Technology and Production Operations
- Provide technical leadership across machine learning, deep learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
- Guide model selection, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, data pipelines, inference architecture, integration, and deployment.
- Establish MLOps and LLMOps processes for versioning, testing, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, rollback, and lifecycle management.
