Copilot Studio Enablement
- Run hands-on workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions for end users building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Guide users through custom topics, generative actions, knowledge sources, connectors, and agent orchestration.
Model Training and Testing
- Ingest, format, and structure internal policies and IT documentation for AI knowledge bases.
- Conduct prompt testing, log hallucination rates, and refine agent outputs before production deployment.
Digital Experience Advocacy
- Conduct live training sessions and workshops with business units to demonstrate deployed AI tools.
- Gather user feedback to support continuous improvement of AI tools.
Proof of Concept Development
- Rapidly build internal proofs of concept using existing platforms to validate business requests before implementation approval.
Governance and Best Practice
- Define and share reusable templates, guardrails, and best-practice guidance for user-built Copilot Studio agents.
- Help ensure agents remain secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
