- Produce product imagery, lifestyle visuals, and editorial content using generative AI tools
- Create and refine prompt libraries and workflows for consistent brand aligned output
- Retouch, enhance, and adapt AI generated assets using Photoshop or equivalent
- Generate background replacement, model substitution, and scene composition for PDP imagery at scale
- Produce GJ branded visual templates for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and category launches
- Create short form video content for website, mobile app, and paid social channels
- Use AI video generation and editing tools to produce campaign video at reduced cost and time
- Ensure all content meets e commerce performance requirements
- Produce A/B variant imagery for conversion rate testing on PDP pages
- Maintain a content asset library organized by campaign, season, and category
- Act as visual quality gatekeeper for all AI generated content before publication
- Develop and maintain GJ's AI creative style guide
Requirements
- 3 8 years in digital creative, content production, or visual design
- Demonstrable hands on experience with AI image and video generation tools
- Background in e commerce content production, campaign creative, or digital studio work
- Proficiency with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL E, or equivalents
- AI video tools: Runway ML, Kling, Pika, Sora (or equivalents)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop mandatory; Premiere, After Effects a strong plus)
- Understanding of e commerce content requirements: file formats, compression, aspect ratios, platform specs
- Prompt engineering fluency
- Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems

Role Purpose
- The AI Creative Content Lead is responsible for producing high quality, scalable, on brand visual content using AI native creative tools.
