AI Associate

Work closely with software engineers, data specialists, product teams and business stakeholders.

Collaborate with financial advice subject matter experts to understand user needs and business challenges.

Contribute to technical problem-solving and innovation initiatives across the Incubator team.

Communicate progress, risks and insights effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Support the ongoing operation and enhancement of AI applications and workflows.

Investigate technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and contribute to solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, knowledge sharing and development standards.

Participate in team planning, retrospectives, demonstrations and continuous improvement activities.

Engage in coaching, mentoring and technical development opportunities.

Seek feedback and continuously improve technical capability and engineering practices.

Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools and industry trends.

Share knowledge and contribute positively to the team's learning culture.

You are naturally curious, enjoy solving complex problems and have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. You're collaborative, proactive and eager to learn from experienced professionals while contributing your own ideas and perspectives.

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Exposure to machine learning, generative AI and large language models.

Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS or Azure.

Personal, academic or open-source projects demonstrating an interest in AI, software engineering or complex systems.
