Prepare and manage client correspondence and account maintenance requests.
Investigate, resolve and escalate operational issues in a timely manner.
Reconstruct historical cost base information to support CGT reporting requirements.
Analyse and interpret complex data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Support quarterly and annual tax reporting processes and liaise with external providers.
Calculate and process client-facing and platform service fees.
Manage account closures and support MDA compliance, monitoring and reversion activities.
Partner with Reconciliations and Corporate Actions teams to ensure data integrity and service quality.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, risk management activities and regulatory compliance obligations.

Understanding of Corporate Actions and their impact on cost bases.
Knowledge of various asset classes and portfolio reconstruction.
Experience using Iress IPS.
