Senior Test Analyst

Design, build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.

Create reusable automated tests for APIs, UI components and backend integrations.

Champion an "Automation First, Manual Only If Needed" approach.

Integrate AI-driven testing techniques to improve coverage, traceability and efficiency.

Perform functional and non-functional testing, including performance and reliability validation.

Monitor and reduce technical debt within testing frameworks and processes.

Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product managers and business analysts to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mentor and support QA engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing and best practice guidance.

Facilitate collaborative testing initiatives and quality assurance workshops.

Showcase testing outcomes and business scenarios to stakeholders and product owners.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability.

Support incident investigations and root cause analysis activities.

Monitor application quality and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Maintain testing documentation, frameworks and knowledge repositories.

Drive ongoing improvements to testing methodologies, tools and practices.

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

ISTQB Certification or equivalent qualification.

Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or FinTech environments.

Experience testing microservices architectures and distributed systems.

Experience with performance and non-functional testing.

Knowledge of security testing principles and financial industry compliance requirements.

Experience applying AI-enabled testing capabilities and tools.
