We are seeking an AI Applications Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications that enhance legal workflows and deliver value to our clients.
This role will work closely with the AI Engineering team and firm stakeholders to translate complex legal and business needs into secure, reliable, and scalable AI solutions.
This role may work in the Washington, DC office under a hybrid work schedule or fully remote in a firm approved U.S. state.
The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering skills with hands-on experience developing generative AI applications.
They will be comfortable working with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), cloud services, and sensitive data in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $126,640 to $165,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
