About the Role
Dyna.Ai is seeking an AI Agent Delivery Manager in Riyadh to lead the delivery of enterprise AI solutions including AI Agents, Voice AI, and Generative AI applications. Requires 8+ years in enterprise software delivery and 3+ years leading implementation teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end implementation of enterprise AI and software projects
- Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and risk registers
- Coordinate internal engineering, product, infrastructure, and support teams
- Drive customer acceptance, UAT, and production go live
- Act as primary delivery contact for enterprise customers; conduct regular project governance meetings
- Manage customer expectations and handle escalations proactively
- Lead delivery of AI Voice Agents, AI Chat Agents, AI Agent Studio, Contact Center AI, Agentic AI workflows, Knowledge based AI assistants, RAG based solutions, and Multi agent orchestration
- Coordinate deployment of LLM platforms, ASR, TTS, prompt engineering, knowledge base integration, API integrations, enterprise authentication, and private cloud/on premise deployment
- Lead project managers, implementation engineers, QA engineers, and solution consultants; allocate resources and mentor team
- Identify project risks, manage change requests, ensure delivery quality, and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or related Engineering discipline
- 8+ years in enterprise software delivery
- 3+ years leading software implementation teams
- Experience delivering AI or Generative AI projects
- Experience with enterprise customers
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience in customer facing delivery roles
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs)
- Strong understanding of software technologies (REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, SQL, Authentication)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, or Huawei Cloud)
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, Contact Center, ERP, Core Banking, Identity Management, Workflow Platforms)
- Project management skills (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Risk Management, Resource Planning, Budget Control, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Executive Reporting)

About the Role
- Lead the delivery of enterprise AI solutions, including AI Agents, Voice AI, Agent Studio, Generative AI applications, and enterprise software platforms.
- Requires strong experience managing end to end software implementation projects while understanding modern AI technologies.
- Close collaboration with customers, sales, solution architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in banking, telecom, government, or large enterprise projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI: LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, AI evaluation.
- Strong understanding of software: REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, SQL, Authentication (OAuth, LDAP, SAML).
- Experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud (OCI), or Huawei Cloud.
- Experience integrating with CRM, Contact Center, ERP, Core Banking Systems, Identity Management, Workflow Platforms.
